Private beta terms

These terms apply to invited use of the NodeMender private beta. Do not use the beta if you are not authorized to manage every connected system. The service operator is PROSURVEY, Ogrodnicza 47, Poland.

Authorized use

You must have permission to enroll hosts and perform requested operations. Keep credentials private, use narrow host policies and review high-impact actions.

NodeMender is pre-1.0 software supplied for evaluation. Features may change and the service may be suspended for security, maintenance or abuse prevention. No availability commitment or service-level agreement applies to the private beta.

Prohibited activity

Do not use NodeMender to access systems without authorization, evade security controls, distribute malware, disrupt services or expose another person's data.

Your responsibility

You remain responsible for host policy, backups, approvals and the consequences of operations you authorize. Keep an independent administrative recovery path to production systems.

Security and termination

Report vulnerabilities through the private channel described on the security page. Access may be revoked when necessary to protect users, hosts or the service. Service questions can be sent to [email protected].
