NodeMender

PRIVATE BETA · EFFECTIVE 19 SEPTEMBER 2026

Privacy notice

This notice explains what the NodeMender private beta processes and why. For the current beta, PROSURVEY operates the service under the NodeMender brand.

Operator and contact

NodeMender is operated by PROSURVEY, Ogrodnicza 47, Poland. Privacy requests can be sent to [email protected]; general support is available at [email protected].

Data we process

Account and organization identifiers, enrolled host metadata, service health, resource metrics, audit events, approvals and operation receipts. NodeMender does not intentionally store command output in its control-plane receipt chain.

Why we process it

To authenticate users and devices, deliver requested infrastructure operations, enforce policy, detect incidents, maintain security and produce audit evidence.

Retention and protection

Operational records are retained only as needed for the beta, security and audit. Transport uses TLS; sensitive stored values are encrypted or irreversibly hashed where the product design permits it. Backups and access are restricted.

Your choices

Organization owners can disable hosts, revoke access and remove team members. For access, correction or deletion requests, email [email protected]. Do not include credentials or sensitive host data in a public message.

Processors and transfers

The beta uses infrastructure and source-control providers required to operate, secure and release NodeMender. A production data-processing agreement and final subprocessor list will be published before general availability.
